Warehouse Transformation

Containment Measures:
- Hung floor-to-ceiling plastic curtains
- Lined the floor with plastic to prevent overspray and contain dust/debris
Ceiling and Ductwork Cleaning:
- Blown down ceiling deck to remove loose contaminants
- Wiped down ductwork and heavy dirt on the ceiling and trusses
Ceiling Painting: Sprayed one coat of alkyd dryfall white for high reflectivity
Columns Painting: Painted columns with industrial enamel in safety yellow and white
Warehouse Walls Repair and Painting:
- Laid plastic to contain the work area
- Repaired or replaced damaged drywall
- Blown down walls with a high-pressure system to remove dust/debris
- Painted walls with one coat of latex white in a durable semi-gloss sheen

Office Space Refurbishment

Wall Patching and Sanding: Patched and sanded walls, frames and other surfaces
Priming and Painting: Primed patched areas and painted walls, windows, and doorframes to a refreshed look
