Scope of Work

Our boom lift operators are trained and certified, and all personnel wore safety harnesses, hard hats, safety glasses, and steel toe shoes at all times. Cones were set up by the boom lift to alert motorists of active work areas.
- Surface Preparation: The team began by pressure washing the metal roof with industrial-grade units. This removed dirt, debris, and the old coating to ensure the new paint would adhere successfully.
- Manual Power Tooling: We meticulously power-tooled the remaining loose paint by hand to guarantee a clean surface.
- Primer Application: Before the final paint, a coat of Sherwin-Williams’ Bond Plex metal bonding primer was applied. This step ensures long-lasting durability and enhanced adhesion for the paint.
