Scope of Work

Surface Cleaning and Preparation
- Used an oil and grease emulsifier to break down grime
- Lightly sanded surfaces for better paint adhesion
- Wiped down with tack cloth to remove any residual debris
Machinery Painting
- Encapsulated the painting space with plastic coverings for precision
- Covered all hoses, signs, controls, and the surrounding area
- Electrostatically sprayed machinery with Inviropoxy for a durable, clean finish
Concrete Floor Polishing
- Employed 30/30 diamond and hand grinders to remove existing epoxy
- Progressed to a finer 800 grit diamond polisher for the final sheen
- Patched holes and cracks, and added a densifier for enhanced durability
- Finished with high-speed burnishing for a polished, long-lasting sheen
