Requested Maintenance

The client required extensive industrial cleaning, painting and the installation of an epoxy flooring system. This undertaking was essential to maintain the high standards of the facility and improve the working environment for its users.

Scope of Work

Industrial Cleaning:

Blowing down the ceiling and walls with compressed air to dislodge loose dust and particles
Hand-scraping all surfaces to remove any peeling paint
Masking sprinkler heads, lights, bus boxes, and floors to protect them during the coating process

Industrial Painting:

Application of two coats of pre-catalyzed epoxy to the ceilings and walls, chosen for their low maintenance and high durability

Epoxy Flooring Installation:

Mechanical grinding of the floor to open the pores of the existing concrete, ensuring better adhesion for the epoxy coating
Degreasing specific areas with an industrial degreaser
Applying one coat of oil-resistant epoxy primer sealer
Incorporating anti-slip aggregate into the wet epoxy and backrolling to encapsulate the material
Washing sections of diamond plate thoroughly with a degreaser and applying two coats of Amine Adduct epoxy
