Preparation:
- Power Washing: Cleansed surfaces to remove debris and buildup
- Scraping: Eliminated peeling paint for better adhesion
Priming:
- Rusted Metal and Unpainted Block: Used specialized primers (epoxy mastic for metal and masonry primer for block) for long-lasting protection
Painting:
- Walls: Applied Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec Satin for robust film strength, mildew resistance, and minimal fading
- Doors and Railings: Coated with 2 layers of Industrial Urethane for enhanced durability

Process and Challenges
