Requested Maintenance

The project's primary objective was to clean and seal the building's south and west walls. The maintenance work was extensive, requiring the use of lifts, booms, swing stages, and ladders to access the entire scope. Throughout the project, the team checked caulk on joints while elevated on booms and swing stages, addressing any sealant issues immediately to ensure a comprehensive maintenance solution
