Scope of Work

- Mold Remediation: During the washing phase, Prep 88 was employed to ensure thorough mold removal.
- Surface Preparation: We applied a high-performance primer/sealer to the north and west side walls, chosen for its superior adhesion properties, especially vital in high-humidity environments.
- Painting: Two coats of Rustoleum Zinsser Perma White Mold and Mildew Proof Exterior Acrylic Paint were applied, offering long-term protection against the elements.
- Protective Measures: All surrounding surfaces were diligently masked and protected throughout the project.
Safety Measures
Height was a significant risk on this project. Special rooftop swing stages were used to safely access the highest points of the structure. The team was equipped with all necessary protective equipment and constant attention was paid to weather conditions to ensure maximum safety.
