Either the main company is too busy to fulfill its obligations, or it can get the job done cheaper by hiring another small painting outfit to do the work. At Painters USA, however, we have a clear and unchanging policy: we don’t hire subcontractors. All work is done by our own employees.
Why do we take that position, when so many other commercial painting companies hire subcontractors? The answer could be summed up in one word: responsibility.
When you hire Painters USA for your commercial painting project, you want to know who is ultimately responsible for the work. But if we sub-hire the job to some other no-name operation and something happens, the situation can be confusing. The client has to sift through all the finger pointing and blame shifting to get any positive resolution of the problem. The main contractor blames the subcontractor, since the subcontractor was the one on-site. But the subcontractor says it is the main contractor’s responsibility, since… you get the picture.
For that reason, Painters USA uses only our own employees for all projects. This gives us complete control over the process and the product. We do drug screening and criminal background checks on all our employees, so you know you can trust the people we send to your commercial building. We have a rigorous apprenticeship program, so that you know every painter is fully trained and experienced. We insist on following OSHA regulations and carrying liability and worker’s compensation insurance, so that your jobsite is kept safe and protected.
At Painters USA, our goal is 100% satisfaction on every project. That is why we keep a short chain of accountability; if you are not happy with the outcome, we admit full responsibility, and we will fix it.
