The NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) is a nationally accredited educational institution that focuses on the trades. This institution is one of the finest and most respected of its kind in the country. We are an official sponsor, and also run a four-year apprenticeship program for the NCCER through our facility. This is a top-notch program that teaches quality skills for real-world application in the field. And, we automatically accept all interested students as long as they are full-time employees.
In addition to this program, we also have written and developed our own skills-based certifications. There are over 70 areas of study that you can focus on, all designed to increase your skills and confidence as a team member. All training is paid as well, and there are incentives and bonuses affiliated with certain aspects of educational advancement.
