Well, here at Painters USA, we like to attend massive trade shows. Painting is what we’re passionate about, so when we have the opportunity to rub shoulders with other people in the industry, we jump at the chance.
In this case, we traveled to the GEAPS Exchange in Austin, TX. The weather was great and the company was even better!
Why Do We Attend Trade Shows?
Well, on one hand, this is an opportunity for us to connect with both new and existing clients. Seeing them face-to-face and discussing their needs and goals in an environment charged with enthusiasm is such a fun experience. We spoke with folks who had a huge variety of projects on their mind, ranging from concrete silo repair and painting to rust encapsulation on their metal silos, legs, and conveyors.
We also believe in constantly improving ourselves through education and ensuring that we’re using the best practices to meet our clients’ specific needs. This kind of an opportunity allowed us to step inside the world of those in the grain industry, learn about their evolving practices, and get a better pulse on how we can best assist these professionals in the work that they do.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we are already looking forward to the 2017 GEAPS Exchange in Kansas City!
