What do you like most about your job?

Delivering quality jobs to our customers and providing great jobs to our employees.

What is your favorite job throughout your lifetime?

Completing a challenging project. As an example, one year we had to complete 2 very large distribution buildings in 2 weeks. We had 6 lifts, 5 sprayers and 12 men working. We hit our goals and the customer was very happy.

What makes you happy?

Working a good day, knocking off items on my list, then relaxing with friends and family

What do you like to do for fun, as a hobby, or special interest

I belong to the Jim Spivey Running Club. I love to train and race anywhere from 800 meters to marathons. It is a great way to let off steam. I like to fish when I get time. Meg and I do a little "American Picking" of our own.

Tell us something interesting  or extraordinary about yourself.

I was the Jaycee International BB Gun Champion in 1971. Our Wisconsin team won the event for the third year in a row retiring the trophy. I won the sitting, kneeling, and aggregate score competitions.

Tell us something that everyone doesn't already know about you.

I was the starting center on our high school football team. I weighed more then, than I do now.
