Opportunities at Every Level, From Entry Level to Experienced
You may be just starting out or looking for new opportunities to grow and master your skills. Apply at the level where you fit best.
Apprentice
Entry level worker with little or no experience. Will get trained in safety, technical knowledge, and practical skills and have 100% supervision on the job. Focus on safety awareness and extensive skills training.
Technician
Mid-level crew member with industry experience, basic safety knowledge, and essential skills. Performs effectively with moderate supervision, meeting company safety, quality, and production standards, and achieves minimum production speed. A successful Technician is highly motivated, punctual, coachable, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
Craftsman
Intermediate level worker with minimum twelve months’ experience, excellent safety knowledge and awareness, and essential technical skills according to their job area. Ongoing skills training as needed.
Master Craftsman
Advanced skills professional with expertise in technical skills according to company service(s) and the ability to exemplify company culture & values. Given advanced technical skills, training is limited to skills recertification annually. The Master Craftsman is considered a subject matter expert in their service area and is expected to train others and make recommendations on best practices and continue to develop advanced skills throughout company service areas.
