Requested Maintenance

Our client requested an epoxy floor coating and line striping to increase the protection and durability of their fleet garage flooring. The flooring needed to withstand heavy traffic and extreme weather conditions.

Scope of Work

Diamond Grinding: Surface preparation with diamond-tipped grinding to remove old coatings and provide a smoother profile.
Crack and Spall Repair: Filling in all cracks and spalled areas.
Epoxy Primer Application: Application of a penetrating epoxy primer.
High Performance Epoxy Coating: Coating the floor with 100% Solids High Performance Epoxy.
Safety Line Striping: Adding 1,448 lineal feet of safety line striping with Safety Yellow enamel paint.
Centralized Billing: Centralized billing to streamline the payment process.

To ensure the garage can endure the heavy traffic and severe weather, our team used a 100% Solids High Performance Epoxy. This coating provides the necessary durability and resilience.

Safety was a top priority. We applied 1,448 lineal feet of bright, Safety Yellow enamel paint for lane striping, ensuring clear and visible guidelines for both vehicles and pedestrians within the garage.
