Requested Maintenance

The dealership needed comprehensive cleaning and painting services for its high-traffic service area. The primary driver for this project was to improve the aesthetics and safety of the service area. In addition, the customer wanted the interior paint to match the newly renovated exterior and showroom, which we also completed last summer. The work was to be completed over a weekend to avoid disruption to daily operations and ensure a quick return to service.

Scope of Work

Equipment Protection: Protective coverings for all equipment and tools within the work zone.
Wall Preparation: Surface preparation involving the use of a grease and oil degreaser on the walls.
Duct and Joist Cleaning: Cleaning of ducts and joists through brushing and wiping.
Ceiling Air Cleaning: High-pressure air cleaning of the ceiling to remove dust, dirt, and cobwebs.
Ceiling Painting: Spraying the ceiling with Dryfall white paint for easy containment.
Wall Painting: Painting the walls with Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec Semi-Gloss, matching existing colors.
Final Cleanup: Final cleanup to ensure the service area was ready for operation by Monday morning.
